This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between [Digital Udyog Seva], a [State] corporation, with its principal place of business at [Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and [Employee Name], an individual, residing at [Employee Address] (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).
- POSITION AND DUTIES:
The Company agrees to employ the Employee in the position of [Employee Position]. The Employee agrees to diligently and effectively perform all duties and responsibilities associated with the position, as well as any additional tasks assigned by the Company.
- COMPENSATION:
The Employee will be compensated according to the terms outlined in Schedule A attached hereto.
- TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:
The employment relationship between the Company and the Employee shall commence on [Start Date] and continue until terminated by either party as provided in Section 6.
- RECOVERY OF DUES:
In the event of termination of employment, whether voluntary or involuntary, the Employee agrees to repay any outstanding dues, advances, or financial obligations owed to the Company. The Company reserves the right to deduct such amounts from the final paycheck or pursue legal action to recover the dues if necessary.
- CONFIDENTIALITY:
During the term of employment and thereafter, the Employee shall not disclose or use, without the written consent of the Company, any confidential information or trade secrets of the Company.
- TERMINATION:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing
written notice to the other party. In the event of a breach of this Agreement by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate this Agreement immediately.- GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State].
