Digital Udyog Seva – Scope of Work Agreement

- Feedback and approvals as necessary throughout the project timeline.
4. Payment Terms
In consideration for the services provided, the Client agrees to pay Digital Udyog Seva according to the payment terms outlined in the separate payment agreement.
5. Project Timeline
The parties agree to adhere to the project timeline as outlined in the project plan. Delays caused by the Client may result in adjustments to the timeline, with additional costs if applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon completion of the project and full payment, the intellectual property rights for the website and its contents will be transferred to the Client.

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without written consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
